The historical hunting preserve the suorrounds the village offers the chance
of a hunting day in the typical Oltrepò hills environment. The venatorial activity is
charachterised by the presence of pheasants and partridges.
The king of the hills, the hare, is present in huge quantity, after years of wanted
absence caused by venatorial withdrawal.
Because of the presence of wet pieces of land and small lakes it's likely to meet
migrant ducks, while in the huge woods one can find woodcocks and if especially
lucky snipes too.
The land is also the natural habitat for the boar. A small up to big group of
participants can book a boars hunt beating, with supporting team furnished with
hounds and beaters.
The preserve offers also the service of porteurs with jeeps and by booking the
possibility to have homemade meal together with the overnight stay.
